The concept

100 years after its completion, the former department store is to become a "multi-functional building" comprising five floors (including rooms with panoramic views on the top floor) and a basement with underground garage.

Among other things, the "conference center mitte" includes rooms on the ground, first, and fifth floors covering a combined area of at least 3,000 m².

The congress center and ballroom on the ground floor, as well as the elegant conference rooms on the top floor (with glazed atrium) are all suitable as panoramic rooms for events for around 600 - 700 people.

The offices are located on the second, third and fourth floors, with 1,100 m² of space available on each floor. Each floor can be divided into areas for up to three separate tenants. Integrated into this concept is a conference center. It is also possible to include one or a number of the office levels into the conference concept - for workshops or for catering.

Culture is another element which forms an integral part of the concept. The ground floor has an area which can be used to hold exhibitions of various types, connected directly to a café/bistro.
